Halloween Movies for 12 and Up

Poltergeist (1982)halloween-movies-poltergeist

PG ratings were not the same in the ’80s so I caution you before letting any children under 12 watch this. It is a cult classic for a reason. The scenes that include the creepy clown doll, moving kitchen chairs and the skeletons in the pool may be too much for younger audiences. In the film, a home developer builds on sacred Native American burial grounds (unbeknownst to the families moving in), and the neighborhood suffers the consequences. Watch Trailer.
